This detached farmhouse provides spacious family accommodation or is large enough to accommodate two families who want to holiday together. You enter into a beautiful beamed farmhouse kitchen with dining area in front of a huge inglenook fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with fitted units which hold everything you will need. The spacious lounge area has huge oak beams and an open fireplace too. There are lovely views of the garden and open countryside from the two large windows. Outside you have a private garden and patio area where you can breathe in the scent of lavender and roses and admire the fields and woods that surround you.

Kitchen
From the garden you walk into the kitchen. It is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine.
Lounge
This spacious room is light and airy with leather sofas. It has an inglenook fireplace and log burner.
Double Bedroom
This has a double bed and en-suite shower room. There are windows looking out into the garden and Veluxes with black out blinds. All the bedrooms have beamed ceilings.
Ensuite
Walk in shower, wash basin set on a mahogany cabinet. Toilet.
2nd Bedroom
Two single beds, one of which can be easily converted to a large double bed. The windows overlook the garden and countryside. Velux window with black out blind.
3rd Bedroom
Two/three single beds. The windows overlook the court yard. Velux window with black out blind.
Bathroom
Bath with a shower, sink and toilet and large unit suitable for baby changing.
Terrace
This is a secluded spot looking down towards the pool area and open countryside beyond. You can sit and if you are lucky watch the deer graze or catch a glimpse of the barn owls who live in the Pigeonnier tower, as they leave to hunt. There is a large wooden dining table and chairs, a sun umbrella and a barbecue.
Garden Area
This has a wooden picnic bench so you can enjoy views over to where our chickens and other animals play. There are flowerbeds filled with roses and lavender.
