Pichoutou

The oldest detached farmhouse at Boussagou. It is full of original features including a French stone sink and a large inglenook fireplace. A stable door leads from the front garden into a cosy lounge with stone walls and beamed ceiling. The back door is on the opposite side of the room and looks out onto a large private garden/terrace with BBQ and the fields and woods beyond. The lounge leads to a kitchen/diner with two windows overlooking the garden and countryside. There is also a downstairs toilet and washbasin.

Lounge

Spacious with one three seater and one two seater sofa in front of the inglenook fireplace with wood burner. Stair case to bedrooms and shower room.

Kitchen

Fitted units, cooker, microwave, washing machine, fridge. A dining table and a Welsh dresser.

Double bedroom

Wrought iron double bed, sloping ceilings with two Velux windows with blackout blinds.

Twin Bedroom.

This room has two single beds. A window looks out onto the garden and again there are two Velux windows with blackout blinds.

Bathroom

With large walk in shower, wash basin standing on an oak unit. Toilet. Velux window looks out on to garden and countryside beyond.

Terrace

Set behind the house, completely private looking out beyond a lavender hedge to the garden and fields where the horses graze. Lie out on a lounger and watch the sun going down in what is a real sun trap. There is also a patio table and chairs an umbrella and a barbeque for al fresco dining.

Garden

This surrounds the house and is completely private. The back garden is south facing and overlooks the fields to the chestnut forest. The grass lawns provide plenty of space to run and play.
