Muguet

Means 'Lily of the Valley' in English. This little cottage sits on its own in a dip overlooking our walnut orchard. It used to house a wine press but has been transformed into a cozy cottage with an open plan living dining and kitchen area, complete with beamed ceilings and wood burning stove. There is a sofabed providing extra sleeping accommodation. A wooden staircase leads to a mezzanine floor with double bedroom. The beams are a little low and some ducking is required. Downstairs French doors open up onto a private patio area with stunning views over our walnut grove and countryside.
Kitchen
Fully fitted units, cooker and hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine. A dining table and chairs for four.
Lounge
Two seater sofabed. Traditional wood burning stove in the corner. French doors overlooking the walnut orchard.
Bathroom
Is located downstairs with a large walk-in shower, corner sink and toilet.
Double Bedroom
With large double bed set on a mezzanine floor above the lounge. Two large windows look out to the gardens and woods. These have curtains and blinds.
Terrace
This is surrounded by a small wall planted with lavender and rosemary. A wooden table and chairs with umbrella are tucked away here with a barbeque.
Garden
A lawn area leads on to the large walnut orchard or you can walk up through our fruit trees to find the pool area. There is a private parking area to the side of Muguet.
