La Longere

This stone farmhouse has all its rooms on the ground floor and has an open plan feel. It provides spacious family accommodation or is large enough to house two families who want to holiday together. There is a large living, dining and kitchen area with a beamed fireplace and wood burner. The back stable door leads to a private terrace with BBQ and large private garden with views of the fields beyond. Here you will find your own private 7 x 3m swimming pool with a large decked terrace shaded by peach and walnut trees. Of course you also have use of the main 12 x 5m heated pool.

Kitchen
Fitted units fully equipped with hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine. Large dining table set in front of the fireplace. Kitchen windows overlook the courtyard at the front of the house.
Lounge
L-shaped seating area with beamed ceiling and stable door leading to rear terrace and garden.
Family Bathroom
Newly refurbished - A spacious room including a large shower, bath, toilet, double vanity unit and a washing machine. A large window looks out onto the courtyard.
Double Bedroom with ensuite bathroom
Large double bed, built in wardrobes and newly refurbished ensuite bathroom. Large windows with curtains and shutters looking out to the courtyard at the front and open countryside behind.
Double Bedroom
With an open fireplace, a king size double bed and large windows with curtains and shutters overlooking the courtyard.
Triple Bedroom
This can sleep three with a set of bunk-beds and a single bed. There is a fitted wardrobe, bookcase and a large window looking out onto the courtyard. The windows also have curtains and shutters.
Terrace
This is reached by a stable door in the lounge/diner. There is a large dining table with bench seats, an umbrella and barbeque. This area looks out onto the private hedged garden and pool area and is shaded by an enormous cherry tree in the summer.
Garden Area
From the terrace, steps lead up to the private hedged garden and then onto the private pool area. The grass lawn provides plenty of space to run and play.
